Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu perangkat penting yang digunakan di sekolah dan kampus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan hasil studi siswa. Ketersediaan server web dan jaringan komputer yang cepat, handal, murah, dan mudah diakses serta dipadukan dengan Sistem Manajamen Pembelajaran atau Learning Management System (LMS) dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk mengikuti proses perkuliahan dengan lebih baik. Web server diimplementasikan menggunakan virtual machine (VM) Proxmox pada komputer di laboratorium komputer di program studi. Komputer yang digunakan memiliki spesifikasi standar (bukan server), seperti Intel Processor i3, HDD 256GB, dan memori 2GB. Kualitas web server diukur menggunakan Apache Bench dan Web Server Stress Tool. Hasil simulasi menggunakan Apache Bench diperoleh waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan 1.000 concurrent request adalah sebanyak 13.823 milidetik. Meskipun belum optimal, hasil ini sudah mendekati kondisi ideal, yaitu kurang dari 10 detik. Server diimplementasikan secara virtual agar dapat dengan mudah dideploy ke dalam server lokal lainnya di fakultas-fakultas lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja server masih perlu ditingkatkan, baik dengan meningkatkan kinerja agar tercapai kondisi ideal mengingat kebutuhan mahasiswa dan dosen akan terus meningkat. Kualitas jaringan pun perlu diperhatikan, seperti penggunaan firewall, antivirus, dan aplikasi lainnya yang bisa mempengaruhi kualitas respon yang diterima oleh user. Diversifikasi media pembelajaran juga perlu digunakan agar hasil penelitian dapat juga mencakup kondisi dan protokol yang berbeda.

Abstract

Games are not only for entertainment but games can be a means of learning. Historical subjects are often considered boring and uninteresting lessons because there are no innovations to attract students' curiosity. Therefore, a learning media was created and an introduction to the history of the resistance of the Blitar PETA forces through an adventure edugame. The methodology used is an iteration with three increments, each of which consists of the analysis, design, code, and test phases. The game design uses Unity 3D as a tool. Tests carried out include integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. From the results of these tests it was found that the edugame application that had been developed was able to assist students in introducing the history of the resistance figure PETA Blitar named Supriyadi.

Abstract

The case study was taken from one of trading companies in Lampung. The company sells Muslim fashion products from a large number of suppliers. Suppliers data is recorded in detail manually, as well as products recorded. Manual data collection can result in recording errors, data easily tucked, or not recorded. This research develops an information system to help the company in data collection of suppliers and products automatically based on web using Laravel as a framework. This system is built using extreme programming methods and has features that focus on collecting suppliers, products, and product shipments. The results of system testing using the black box testing method shows that the system has fulfilled functional requirements and user needs. Abstract

Almost all parts in an organization both commercial and non-commercial must have held an event. No exception in the education, especially at the University. The number of events carried out on campus is a phenomenon that makes students who are members of organizations learn to organize it so that it can run well. Organizing events is not easy and requires a lot of energy, time and costs starting from marketing, registering, ticketing, participant validation, and distribution of certificates. The aim of this research is to analyze the ineffectiveness and inefficiencies that occur in running an event. Analysis and observations were made based on the processes that took place in the holding of events held by students at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. The process will be simplified by utilizing digital media so that the process of making an event becomes more effective and efficient. This research resulted in a BPR (Business Re-engineering Process) in which the marketing, registration, and ticketing processes that were originally done manually were, converted to digital with a web-based system. It is expected that from this BPR, researchers can develop an application to digitalize marketing, online event registration, ticketing, and event validation using QR Code. Abstract

Abstract — A loan is one of the most important products on the bank, which used for main revenue. All bank tries to find the most effective business strategy to persuade a customer to use the loan, but loan default has a negative effect after the application is approved. Loan default causes loss on the bank, therefore it is mandatory to calculate in order to decrease the risk of the loan default. This study uses random forest and adaptive boosting machine learning methods to get the prediction and decision. The random forest uses a voting method from many decision trees and adaptive boosting can support to increase accuracy, stability and handle an underfit or overfit problem. The experimental results show that Adaptive Boosted Random Forest outperformed normal random forest and Deep learning Neural Network (DNN) in recall rate evaluation metrics with small trade-offs in the accuracy. Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of year-on-year inflation data on the island of Sumatra using the Getis-Ord General G index and the Getis-Ord Gi* Index, which will be compared with the Bootstrap Method. And the Mann Withney Test for comparison of two time periods. The results showed that the highest average inflation was in Pangkal Pinang City by 5.82, and the lowest was in Banda Aceh City by 3.63. There is a significant difference in the median inflation rate from the cities of inflation on the island of Sumatra except in the cities of Banda Aceh, Palembang and Batam. With a significance level alpha = 5%, it is concluded that there are spatial cluster and spatial autocorrelation patterns in February 2014. Cities with high inflation value cluster with its neighbors are the city of Pangkal Pinang, and the low inflation value cluster is Banda Aceh. It means that a region is close to other regions has a similar level of inflation in terms of high and low at a certain time. In other words, commodities contributing to inflation between adjacent regions are interrelated. Abstract

Poultry need food to maintain their lives and to produce. To meet the needs of these nutritional elements, poultry eat from various types of food. Because there is no single food ingredient that contains a complete nutritional element, so we need a variety of appropriate and balanced food ingredients to meet nutritional needs. This can be done by choosing cheap food ingredients without ignoring the quality of the nutritional content that is adjusted to the type and age of poultry. To solve the above problems, an expert system with a forward chaining method can be used to determine the nutritional needs and nutritional content of food ingredients, while linear programming with the simplex method is used to determine the combination of poultry feed-forming ingredients that meet economical poultry nutritional needs. The combination of the forward chaining method and the simplex method can accelerate the preparation of combinations of food ingredients, so that the resulting application can provide a solution in making decisions for the selection of food ingredients forming ration effectively

Abstract

One of the functions of the warehouse is to store finished products. Stored products will be grouped based on the same type of material or goods, with boxes that have been marked in color or other codes in accordance with the specified classification. In the warehousing system, vertical storage helps in maximizing the use of warehouse areas. Storage of goods that are still manual with the aid of a forklift also has a high risk of damage due to work equipment accidents. The application of automation technology to the warehousing system is needed because it allows the storage and retrieval of products to run more easily and regularly than done manually. This study aims to create an automatic multilevel storage system as a solution to improve work safety and facilitate workers in storing finished products. This system is made in the form of an elevator with a rack containing 12 cells. The elevator is driven by a stepper motor to move in the direction of the X, Y, and Z axis and is controlled through an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. Object identification is carried out by the TCS 3200 color sensor and the infrared obstacle sensor to read the height of the object. In this study, prototype storage and lifter systems have been achieved as movers for storing boxes on shelves. The results showed success in shipping boxes according to the intended address, but there were still average error values on the x-axis motion of 0.125%, and on the z-axis of 0.11%. Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the high number of vehicle users. The high number of vehicles affecting the needs of parking area. Meanwhile, wider parking area would make people difficult to find available parking slot. One of the solution is creating smart parking system, a system that can help people to find available parking slot easier. Most of smart parking system using an expensive sensors installed on each parking slot to detect parked car on that slot. However, the installation of that system is too expensive, then not everyone can afford it. This research purpose is to create a cheaper smart parking system using the help of CCTV's camera. System reading the image of parking area from CCTV's camera, then decide all of the captured parking slot are available or not using background substraction method. From the testing result, the accuracy of this smart parking system is 93.69%.

Abstract

Abstract — Based on the prior study, some shrimp ponds went bankrupt due to pond water quality monitoring is still not good. Many shrimps get sick and die for water quality monitoring still relies on laboratory checks and is rarely done because of financial problems. The purpose of this study is to develop a monitoring system of shrimp pond water quality especially for vannamei shrimp using an Internet of Things (IoT)-based device with a data logging method. The system role is to monitor the water condition, record sensor data, and provide water quality status of shrimp ponds based on water movement, turbidity of water, and water temperature. The data logger device uses a microcontroller named NodeMCU ESP8266 and two sensors namely the LDR sensor and the water temperature sensor dallas 18b20. The devices are connected to the internet and send all water quality monitoring data to Google's database service called Firebase. The results of the water quality monitoring can be accessed through an Android-based monitoring application that is built using Flutter framework which contains information.
